Sunday Mornings at 10:30 AM for Children Age 3 – 1st Grade
Children’s Church
….. is a special time for our little ones age 3 through 1st grade, held concurrently with the Sunday Morning Worship Service, at 10:30 am.
Children’s Church is an extension of the Bible teaching hour, yet stands alone for those who have not participated in the first hour. We begin with all the children together for a Puppet Show with Dee, Cy, and Paul, of Discipleland. These are modern day puppet-kids who are learning the same lessons we are. After a worship time in singing, the classes are split by age with the younger ones (preschool) staying in Bible Times Room (room 12), and the Kindergarten and 1st grade going next door to Adventure Room (room 13). Each class can then pursue age-appropriate lesson, activities and discussion.
Children’s Church meets every Sunday except for the last Sunday of the month. Each month we take that one week to sit in on “Big People’s Church” and enjoy being with our families praising God.
